You can opt for one-on-one appointments or drop your dog off and go about your day; either way, I'll contact you 30 minutes before we finish, so there's no need to rush. Whenever your pup takes a dip in our tub, they'll enjoy a luxurious shampoo and conditioner treatment formulated to promote healthy skin and a lustrous coat. Nail maintenance, paw pad care, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing are essential for a healthy dog, which is why these services are included in every spa visit at no additional cost. For dogs not yet due for a spa but in need of a little upkeep, JM Grooming provides mini appointments for light maintenance tasks like nail trimming or ear cleaning. Our prices are tailored to the services you seek and take into account your dog's breed, size, coat type, condition, and temperament during grooming. I can provide an estimate once I have seen your dog. For all new clients, I require a photo before scheduling your dog's first appointment. Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the booked services. In case of same-day cancellations, the full amount of all booked services will be charged. Additionally, no-shows will also incur the full charge of the booked services.
I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, each appointment is tailored to your dogs specific needs and/or accommodations, resulting in a unique time frame. It is uncommon to find another client who aligns with this time frame and is available on short notice. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
